❓How can I submit the drawing? You can upload a photo during the purchase process, or send it via email to [ordini@acrylicblue.com ] indicating your order number.
❓Does the drawing need to be perfect? Absolutely not! In fact, the lines and slight imperfections are what make each piece of art authentic and unique
❓What materials do you use? We use professional acrylic colors and textured pastes on cotton canvas, handcrafted in our studio in Italy.
❓How long will it take to receive the artwork? Generally, 7–10 business days from the moment we receive the photo of the drawing.
❓How is the shipping handled? We use tracked courier service. You will receive an email with the tracking code to follow your package right to your door.
❓Can I request changes? Yes, we will send you a digital preview for your approval before starting the final artwork process.
